Across Georgia from east to west: old Tbilisi and Mtskheta, the Bakuriani mountain resort in the Lesser Caucasus, the mineral waters of Borjomi and Batumi on the Black Sea.
Groups of 12–18 with a guide speaking Uzbek and Russian. Seven nights across three bases, with enough time in each to explore unhurried.
Day-by-day itinerary
Flight to Tbilisi, airport meet-and-greet and hotel transfer. An evening walk along Rustaveli Avenue.
Metekhi Church, the cable car up to Narikala Fortress, the Abanotubani sulphur baths and the Bridge of Peace.
Georgia's ancient capital, Mtskheta: Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. On to the Bakuriani mountain resort in the afternoon.
A cable-car ride and mountain views in Bakuriani in the morning. Borjomi Central Park and its mineral spring after lunch.
Prometheus Cave near Kutaisi on the way. Arrival in Batumi and hotel check-in in the evening.
The seaside boulevard, the Ali and Nino sculpture, Europe Square and the Piazza. The dancing fountains in the evening.
The clifftop botanical garden in the morning. Afternoon on the beach, or an optional trip to the Makhuntseti waterfall.
After breakfast, the airport transfer and flight to Tashkent.
